Hairbows pose a choking hazard to babies, toddlers and children, and not just the cute embellishments added to them. The bow or clip itself poses a choking hazard as well as the embllishments that may be attached to the center. Never let a child sleep with a hair bow/clip in her hair, ride in the car/carseat with one or let her wear one without continuous, responsible, adult supervision.

Ribbons, in general, pose a choking hazard. Whether worn in the hair, used as embellishments on clothing, or as ties on pillowcase dresses and pillowcase-style dresses, responsible, adult supervision is required at all times.

Infants, toddlers, and children should not be allowed to place in articles created by Kelsi's Kloset in their mouths.
Kelsi's Kloset reserves the right to amend any policies of this website and/or store at any time and without further notice. Any amended terms become effective immediately.

Shipping:
Domestic orders are shipped directly from Kelsi's Kloset by USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout. Shipping rates are determined based on weight and destination as set forth by the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Delivery Time:
Due to the personalization and/or creation of our items, orders may take a little extra time to ship. Information on current processing time may be found on our home page. After items have been shipped, allow approximately 4-5 days for arrival.

Cancellations:
Once an order is placed for a custom or personalized item, it may not be cancelled. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on personalized items. If we have made an error on your order, we will work with you to correct it.
Refunds/Exchanges:
As aforementioned, the personalization of our items prohibits us from accepting refunds or exchanges. Your order will be custom made to your specifications and typically can not be resold to anyone else. In the event that an error was made on our part, or there was a defect with the product, please contact us so that we may work with you to correct the error. Dependent upon the situation, we reserve the right to replace the item, issue an in-store credit or refund the purchase price (less shipping and handling).
Please do not return any product without prior authorization. To obtain authorization, please email us through our Contact Page on our website. Please insure your package, as we will not be responsible for damaged or lost shipments sent to us.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

ADULT SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES WHILE WEARING (A) HAIR BOW(S)/ACCESSORIES.
