Ordering:
Ordering is easy, secure, and can be done 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Payments Accepted:
Payment is due at the time your order is placed. We begin processing orders upon receipt of payment.
We accept all major credit cards or direct payments through PayPal. PayPal is a secure means for ordering online.
Sales Tax:
Alabama residents will need to add 6% sales tax.
Packaging:
All products, unless otherwise specified, are packaged in clear bags and tied with ribbon when shipped.
Shipping:
Domestic orders are shipped directly from Kelsi's Kloset by USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout. Shipping rates are determined based on weight and destination as set forth by the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Delivery Time:
Due to the personalization and/or creation of our items, orders may take a little extra time to ship. Information on current processing time may be found on our home page. After items have been shipped, allow approximately 4-5 days for arrival.

Cancellations:
Once an order is placed for a custom or personalized item, it may not be cancelled. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on personalized items. Of course if we have made an error on your order, we will replace the item at no charge to you.
As aforementioned, the personalization of our items prohibits us from accepting refunds or exchanges. Your order will be custom made to your specifications and typically can not be resold to anyone else. In the event that an error was made on our part, or there was a defect with the product, please contact us so that we may work with you to correct the error. Dependent upon the situation, we reserve the right to replace the item, issue an in-store credit or refund the purchase price (less shipping and handling).
Refunds/Exchanges:
Please do not return any product without prior authorization. To obtain authorization, please email us through our Contact Page on our website. Please insure your package, as we will not be responsible for damaged or lost shipments sent to us.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
